Direct Mail Application and .NET Programmers

We have an immediate need for a highly motivated .NET Developer (Windows and Web applications) to join our Information Services team. This is a permanent opportunity located in downtown Chicago (one block from Union Station).

The candidate will provide software application development and support for an integrated suite of functional applications that manage and automate front- and mid-office business flows for digital printing, providing innovative functionality with seamless, straight-through processing (STP) from order creation to print and delivery.

Requirements:
ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL/T-SQL knowledge required.

The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • 1 to 4 years software development experience within the .NET VB environment.
  • ASP.NET experience
  • SQL experience.
  • Windows experience.
  • Develop documentation that sufficiently describes the deliverables.
  • Experience with Flash Actionscript a plus.
  • Web design best practices.
  • BA in Computer Science, or related degree.


Sales Executives

We have a need for experienced sales executives who can understand and manage client needs and lead a team that will develop specific customer communication solutions that provide high Return on Marketing Investment.


Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead client account planning.
  • Lead and manage existing projects within client portfolio to ensure client needs are met and/or exceeded.
  • Partner with client and project team to deliver successful and measurable results and solutions.
  • Effectively lead cross-functional client account team to deliver projects on-time, on-budget and with the greatest attainable client and team satisfaction.
  • Develop and sustain client and key decision maker relationships to build a totally integrated knowledge of the client at all levels.
  • Proactively identify client needs outside of current projects and develop appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop deep understanding of client’s market, trends, influencers, competitors, key players, budgets and operating metrics. Build a database of knowledge on each client so that we know our clients potentially better than they know themselves.
  • Understand the client brand’s political landscape, including change agents, incentive structures and key decision makers.
  • Continually collect and disseminate market and competitive intelligence. Involve all members of the delivery team with client, where appropriate, to enable exploration of new business opportunities and to develop client value adds.
  • Be a client evangelist throughout our organization and be responsible for educating our organization in order to replicate successes much quicker.


Mailing Machine Operator

We have need for an Envelope Inserting machine operator, experience on Flow master or Bowe Bell & Howell equipment a plus. Second and or third shift available. Will train the right person.

Mailing ink jetting machine operator, knowledge of mail processing, postal presorting and postal regulations are required. Experience on Scitex and or Domino equipment a plus. Second and or third shift available. Will train the right person.

Customer Support / Traffic Coordinator

Interact with customer and internal staff to manage and track; custom catalog covers, pages and mail lists for monthly and quarterly programs. Communicate with customers through a variety of means; by telephone, e-mail, regular mail correspondence, or fax.

  • Database administration skills and experience with data operations such as dedupe, merge/purge, suppress and select, in Excel. Accurately format mail lists and archive for release on per order basis, returning re-formatted lists for future orders.
  • The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for routing proofs through both internal and external approval processes. Ensures all changes are made through proper process and quality checks occur for all pages, from concept to final release. The Traffic Coordinator must ensure projects are on schedule from concept through production and release to the printers. Also responsible for maintaining and updating a project schedule and generating reports for status meetings.
